Loyalty Program

You progress through your Odyssey by earning Loyalty Points (LP) from real-money bets in games. As you collect more LP, you'll sail toward the next destination, unlock new perks, and earn new rewards.

The timer counts down the remaining time in your current 30-day journey. When it reaches zero, your activity is checked to see whether you have earned enough Loyalty Points (LP) to anchor your current level or advance to the next one.

Anchoring your level means earning the required amount of LP during your 30-day journey. If you do, you'll keep your current level and all of its perks for the next voyage.

When you reach a new destination on your Odyssey, any extra LP you've earned carry over toward the next level. Your new perks become available immediately, and you'll receive a one-time level-up reward to help fuel your adventure. Reaching a new level also begins a fresh 30-day journey.

As long as you've earned enough LP to anchor your current level during the 30-day journey, you'll keep your level. Once it ends, your progress resets to the start of that level, and a new 30-day journey begins.

If you don't earn enough Loyalty Points (LP) to anchor your level during the 30-day journey, your level will drop by one. Your progress will restart at the beginning of the previous level, and a new 30-day journey will begin.

Each level comes with a one-time Level-Up Reward — no deposit required:

Levels 2–6: Free Spins

Levels 7–12: a Loot Box containing four possible rewards (Free Spins or cash bonus), with one selected and credited at random

Once you reach a new level, you have 3 days to activate your reward and 3 days to use it after activation. If you've already activated this reward before, it won't be granted again if you return to the same level. If you didn't activate it the first time, you'll be able to claim it when you reach that level again.

There are two possible reasons why your level-up reward isn't available.

1. You already claimed it

Each level-up reward can only be activated once. If you've already used it, it won't be awarded again. You'll see an "Activated" badge next to that reward on your Loyalty page.

2. You skipped this level

As your Odyssey continues, you'll unlock recurring rewards that become more valuable at higher levels. Only the rewards tied to your current level are active—rewards from previous levels don't stack.

1. Weekly Spin Loot

Available from Level 1. You can receive a weekly Free Spins deposit offer on a selected popular game. As you progress, the offer improves with more FS and higher bet values, giving you better winning potential.

2. Monthly Cash Chest

Available from Level 7. You can receive a 100% Reload Bonus once per month. Higher Loyalty levels increase the maximum bonus amount and reduce wagering requirements, helping you get even more value from every deposit.

3. Cashback

Available from Level 4. You can receive weekly Cashback every Monday based on your net losses from the previous week. Cashback is calculated using the following formula: (Successful deposits − Current balance − Processed cashouts − Pending cashouts) × Cashback %
